• Graphics and video: produce visual materials, presentations, flyers, social content, short videos, and interviews, including editing.
• Recruitment marketing: run social campaigns to support hiring, prepare job postings content, promote career opportunities.
• External communication: support HR projects and corporate initiatives.
• Events: organize and communicate company events to attract talent and participate in job fairs.
• KPIs: monitor reach, engagement, and applications, and prepare reports.
