We are looking for someone to join our HR team to focus on Communication and Employer Branding, bringing a hands-on, practical approach centered on creating concrete content and initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for employer branding, creating graphics and videos, supporting talent attraction campaigns, and organizing events and initiatives targeted at candidates.

Main responsibilities

• Social media & content creation: Planning the editorial calendar and coordinating content publishing on corporate social media channels, particularly LinkedIn; writing copy and creating posts, graphics, and videos.
• Graphics and video: Independently producing visual materials, presentations, flyers, social media content, short videos, and interviews, including video editing.
• Recruitment marketing: Running social media campaigns to support hiring searches, preparing content for job postings, and promoting the company's career opportunities.
• External communication: Supporting the communication of HR projects and corporate initiatives.
• Events: Operationally organizing and actively participating in company events aimed at attracting talent, career days, student visits, and participation in job fairs, including handling their promotion and communication.
• Result analysis: Monitoring content and campaign performance through KPIs related to reach, engagement, and generated applications, and preparing periodic reports.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in employer branding, digital communication, social media, or content creation.
• Background in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines and priorities.
• Hands-on autonomy, precision, and the ability to collaborate with the HR team and other corporate departments.

Required technical skills:

• Graphics: Good knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Video editing: Ability to create and edit videos for social media, interviews, and corporate content, using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Social media management: Knowledge of LinkedIn and Instagram, their respective formats, and methods for publishing and managing content.
• Digital advertising: Familiarity with advertising platforms, particularly LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or Meta Ads Manager, for campaign management and monitoring.
• Copywriting: Ability to write copy for posts, job ads, digital campaigns, newsletters, and internal communications.
• Analytics and reporting: Ability to read key social media and campaign performance metrics and prepare reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Digital tools: Familiarity with email marketing platforms, newsletters, and task planning and management tools.
