Loacker invites a Talent Acquisition Specialist to shape recruiting across our European locations. You will own the end-to-end process, from needs clarification to contract signing, and work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruiting strategies.

This role requires HR/recruiting experience, fluency in German, Italian and English, and willingness to travel between Unterinn, Bolzano, and Vintl.

Competenze

• Degree in business administration, psychology, or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in HR/recruiting.
• Experience with recruiting software and ATS desirable.
• Very good command of German, Italian, and English.
• Willingness to travel between Unterinn, Bolzano and Vintl.

Are you eager to actively shape recruiting and take on responsibility? Then join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d).

Your main tasks

• End-to-end ownership of the recruiting process and responsibility for creating a positive candidate experience — from needs clarification and active sourcing through to contract signing
• Close collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Active candidate sourcing via various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networks, referrals)
• Conducting interviews (phone, virtual, and inperson) and performing structured candidate assessments
• Supporting employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and recruiting events
• Coordinating and supporting the onboarding process for new employees
• Ownership and coordination of cross‑functional HR and recruiting projects
• Supporting the implementation of IT projects within the HR / recruiting environment
• Analysis and continuous optimization of recruiting processes and tools

Your profile

• Completed degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in HR / recruiting
• Experience with recruiting software and applicant tracking systems is desirable
• Strong communication skills, discretion, a structured working style, and enthusiasm for learning new things and actively shaping processes
• Very good command of German, Italian, and English
• Willingness to travel between our locations in Unterinn, Bolzano, and Vintl

In accordance with EU Directive 2023/970 on pay transparency, the starting salary for this position is €37,000 gross per year. Depending on your qualifications, professional experience, skills, and the scope of responsibilities you bring to the role, the final compensation package may be adjusted accordingly.
