Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team, supporting all recruitment activities for Danfoss Power Solutions. The role focuses on Italy while collaborating on global recruitments within the DPS segment.

English is the required submission language for CVs. You will partner with hiring managers, guide end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles, and develop innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Active sourcing, screening, interviewing and candidate evaluation experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
• Fluent English and Italian required.
• Experience in global, industrial-focused or matrixed environments preferred.

The Impact You'll Make Danfoss is currently looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team, supporting all recruitment activities in Danfoss Power Solutions. Our team’s clear focus is on attracting and recruiting the best talents in the market for our business

As our new Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes of white collar staffing needs throughout our segment in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Whilst you will have a focus on Italy, global recruitments within Danfoss Power Solutions will be shared within the team.

You will be reporting into the Director of Talent Acquisition for DPS who is based in Germany and be supported by a global team of dedicated Talent Acquisition Partners for Danfoss Power Solutions. Hence, please submit your CV in English.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your mission as a Talent Acquisition Partner will be to support our business goals through both strategic and operational recruitment activities.

• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and provide expert guidance throughout the end-to-end recruitment processes for white collar positions, including active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluation
• Serve as a trusted advisor and process owner to hiring managers, guiding them in attracting and selecting a diverse and high-performing pipeline while ensuring an inclusive and engaging candidate experience
• Ensure that our recruitment efforts are aligned with both local and global strategies, while promoting Danfoss as an inclusive and desirable employer
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for critical roles
• Actively contribute to Danfoss’ global talent acquisition initiatives, collaborating across teams to share best practices and ensure alignment with our global priorities

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a collaborative and dedicated Talent Acquisition professional with a proactive mindset to complete our international team. You have the ability to anticipate business needs and deliver innovative solutions.

Following Qualifications Are Needed

• University degree or a comparable qualification in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a global, industrial-focused, or matrixed environment
• Full professional proficiency English and Italian is required
• Solid skills in active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools and methods
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism
• Ability and affinity to influence, stakeholder-manage and collaborate effectively across cultures and organizational levels

Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanica Industria (CNEL Code C011)

Annual Gross Salary Range: €45.000 – €52.000

Bonus system: variable component expressed as a percentage of annual gross salary, linked to company performance.

Salary review: conducted annually, based on individual merit and overall company performance.
