Danfoss is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global Talent Acquisition team, supporting all recruitment activities for Danfoss Power Solutions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment of white-collar roles across our segment, with a focus on Italy and collaboration with a global team.

You will partner with hiring managers, guide selection processes, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while aligning with local and global strategies.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable qualification in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, ideally global or industrial environments.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
• Strong active sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills using modern tools.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes with high quality and professionalism.
• Ability to influence, manage stakeholders, and collaborate across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and lead end-to-end recruitment for white-collar roles.
• Act as trusted advisor and process owner to attract a diverse, high-performing candidate pipeline.
• Ensure alignment with local and global recruitment strategies while promoting the brand.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Collaborate across teams to share best practices and support global talent acquisition initiatives.
