BCG Milan offers a 6-month internship in the HR team, focused on recruiting and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across the EMC geography and be embedded in the broader People team to support the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (HR specialization a plus)
• Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
• People-oriented mindset within a people-centric org
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong teamwork and ability to interact across org levels
• Strong organization and time management for high-quality results
• Proficiency with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Mansioni

• Using the ATS to track, manage and report candidate pipelines for clear stakeholder communication
• Partnering with interviewers to ensure smooth interview sessions and strong candidate experience
• Managing the candidate pipeline end-to-end
• Acting as the main point of contact between candidates and the company
• Providing timely, qualitative feedback to candidates and following up to start date
