Caracol is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growth and international expansion by attracting and hiring talent across multiple functions and geographies. You will partner with hiring managers and the People team, with increasing ownership of the full hiring cycle and ongoing improvements to our recruitment processes.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, preferably with exposure to technical roles, and fluency in English and Italian.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, gained in an executive search or headhunting agency.
• Experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles.
• Experience supporting recruitment from sourcing to offer stage; familiarity with the US talent market is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Mansioni

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers and the People team to attract, assess, and hire great talent.
• Source and engage candidates, coordinate interviews, support hiring decisions, and help onboard new joiners.
• Create a positive, transparent candidate experience reflecting Caracol’s culture and values.
• Monitor recruitment activities, maintain accurate data, and continuously improve our hiring processes as we scale internationally.
