Job summary

Michael Page International Italia S.r.l. seeks a proactive campus recruitment specialist to lead end-to-end early careers hiring in Italy, focusing on university events and campus partnerships. You will coordinate activities and logistics, ensuring a positive candidate experience at Florence and Tuscany sites.

Regular travel, stakeholder engagement, and guiding hiring managers on timelines and strategies are essential to drive pipelines from intake to offer while supporting DE&I goals.

Qualifications

• Must have fluent English & Italian; written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability in end-to-end recruitment delivery, ideally within early careers.
• Strength in event coordination and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Italy and attend on-site events (Florence/Tuscany).
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, SLA-driven environment.
• Analytical thinking with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver campus recruitment activities including career fairs, university events, mock interviews, and assessment centres.
• Manage multiple events across Italy with regular travel and on-site presence in Florence.
• Ensure strong logistics, stakeholder alignment, and a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with campus teams to support assessment centres during peak periods (Nov-Dec, Apr-May).
• Partner with hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders to guide timelines and strategies.
• Manage the full early careers recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer.
• Support hiring decisions, calibration, and offer processes.
• Deliver strong candidate pipelines and progression through onboarding.
• Contribute to achieving hiring targets, SLAs, and DE&I objectives.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Monitor funnel performance and address bottlenecks with analytics.
