Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH is seeking a motivated Sales Swine Specialist to strengthen the Italy Sales Team in Lombardia. You will develop and execute commercial-technical strategies to support the Swine Business in the assigned territory and deliver high-quality service to customers.

In a competitive market, you will seize opportunities, plan effectively, maintain CRM records and collaborate with Area Manager and stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or economics; fresh graduates welcome.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the Livestock environment.
• Strong business acumen and technical knowledge in Swine.
• Excellent account and stakeholder management with planning and execution focus.
• Effective work with intermittent supervision; Italian and English (B1+).
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales and qualitative objectives through negotiation, planning and execution.
• Support portfolio development and implementation in the territory.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with accounts through tailored solutions.
• Share best practices and contribute ideas to the team.
• Maintain documentation for rebates and agreements in official repositories.
• Develop long-term partnerships with customers based on high-quality service.
• Maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, producers and industry partners.
