Boehringer Ingelheim Italy is seeking a motivated Sales Swine Specialist to join the Italy Sales Team. The role combines technical swine knowledge with commercial acumen to support our swine business in the assigned territory and drive growth.

You will develop and execute commercial–technical strategies, build partnerships with accounts, maintain CRM records and collaborate with the Area Manager and stakeholders.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences or economical fields.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the Livestock environment.
• Business acumen and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication and planning skills.
• Fluency in Italian; English level B1.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the achievement of sales and qualitative objectives through negotiation, planning and execution.
• Support the development and implementation of portfolio/solution in the territory, anticipating market needs.
• Create and strengthen partnerships with accounts through tailored solutions.
• Share best practices with colleagues and contribute ideas.
• Archive documentation for customer rebate schemes and agreements in official repositories.
• Develop mutually beneficial short-mid-long term partnerships with customers based on high-quality interactions and service.
• Maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, producers, and industry partners.
