La Marzocco Srl, a leading coffee equipment maker, seeks a Supply Chain Assistant at its Scarperia e San Piero HQ. The role supports daily SC operations, data analysis, and procurement activities, coordinating with Production, Purchasing and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.

Ideal candidates have a technical diploma or degree in Management Engineering or Economics, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. English proficiency is required.

La Marzocco Srl, a leading manufacturer of high-end equipment for the specialty coffee industry, is looking for a Supply Chain Assistantto join its team at theScarperia e San Piero (FI)headquarters.

We are looking for individuals with strong initiative and proactivity, who are open to change and passionate about digital transformation.

Position

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain department by collaborating with the Material Planning, Production Planning, and Logistics teams;
• Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support supply chain decision-making;
• Generate and monitor purchase orders for assigned suppliers and categories;
• Monitor and analyze key Supply Chain KPIs, identifying any variances and opportunities for improvement;
• Conduct operational checks regarding material availability, stock-out management, inventory levels, and Kanban system replenishment;
• Support planning and procurement activities, ensuring the accuracy of system data;
• Collaborate with the Production, Purchasing, and Logistics departments to ensure the proper flow of materials.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools;
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills;
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments;
• Knowledge of English.

Compensation for this position may vary based on your level of experience; therefore, the role may be offered as an extracurricular internship with a gross monthly expense allowance of €700, or as a gross annual salary (RAL) starting at €27,000.00 and the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) is the Piccola media industria Metalmeccanica -CONFAPI. The final offer and pay grade may vary based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, such as the candidate's skills, seniority, background, and qualifications for the job;
