MEININGER Hotel Roma Termini is seeking a Supervisor F&B to help create a unique stay for our guests. You will oversee service and preparation, lead the service team, and ensure quality standards in public areas, bar and kitchen while coordinating shifts with the Assistant Hotel Manager.

You should have 2+ years in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English (B2). Flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends are required.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality.
• Ability to lead a team by example and provide service excellence.
• Efficient, structured work style with strong reliability.
• High service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English (B2); additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons and evenings.

Mansioni

• Oversee service and preparation while collaborating with the team to serve guests.
• Ensure smooth work atmosphere and organize service shifts.
• Lead the service team in close relation with Assistant Hotel Manager.
• Observe and maintain MEININGER quality standards in public areas, bar and kitchen.
• Monitor stock, place orders for food and consumables, check deliveries.
• Act as a warm host, creating a unique stay for guests.
