AMA Stay is seeking a passionate Breakfast Cook to lead our morning service, preparing fresh, high-quality breakfast offerings from eggs to Mediterranean buffet items. You will ensure excellent presentation, freshness, and adherence to AMA Stay standards while working with a dedicated kitchen team.

Minimum 1–2 years in a kitchen or culinary school graduate, with reliable start times and strong hygiene practices. Italian and English language skills are required, and accommodation is not provided.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, set up and organise breakfast workstations with ingredients and equipment.
• Cook high-quality breakfast items including eggs to order, warm dishes and pastries.
• Present dishes with attention to freshness and plating quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen during the morning service.
• Restock buffet lines and maintain inventory freshness during peak service.
• Support morning prep and smooth handover for afternoon service.
