Publicis Groupe Milan is seeking a Progress Manager to bridge client requirements and internal practice leads, ensuring efficient resource usage across the agency. You will keep Roar v2 accurate and enter all projects, while coordinating with the Resourcing team to maintain a lean supplier list.

You will forecast capacity, manage holidays and bookings, and lead the freelancer resourcing process to balance project needs with cost controls and talent quality.

• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Project. MS Teams and Adobe Workfront.

Mansioni

• Oversee the day‑to‑day updating of studio schedule ensuring that this is always accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Work with the rest of the Resourcing team to develop and maintain the LePub Preferred Supplier List, including Freelance staff, Publicis Groupe capabilities and ensuring that finding costs are kept to a minimum.
• Alongside the Head of Resource own and manage Roar v2, ensuring that this is always accurate, up‑to‑date and all projects are entered.
• Predict the future to avoid gaps in capacity and capability.
• Manage holidays to avoid unplanned delivery constraints.
• Maintain day‑to‑day resource booking system.
• Actively follow up on new projects coming into the agency and attend project kick‑off meetings to ensure the appropriate resource is assigned.
• Manage the Freelancer resourcing process, balancing the need to resource projects effectively with excellent talent with the need to keep external spend to a minimum.
• Use project reconciliation reports and RAG reporting to validate requests and elevate.
