LePub Milan is seeking a Progress Manager to coordinate resource and studio capacity across the agency. You will be the interface between account management and internal practice leads, ensuring Roar v2 is accurate and projects are entered on time.

In this role you will forecast capacity, manage holidays, maintain the resource booking system, and secure the right people on the right tasks while controlling external spend and staying aligned with project finance.

Competenze

• Diplomacy and the ability to negotiate with strong characters.
• Excellent and accurate verbal and written communication with the ability to communicate at all levels within an agency.
• Excellent organisational skills and very strong attention to detail.
• A great problem solver with the ability to work with little supervision and multi‑task.

Mansioni

• Oversee the day‑to‑day updating of studio schedule ensuring accuracy.
• Develop and maintain the LePub Preferred Supplier List, including Freelance staff and capabilities.
• Own and manage Roar v2, ensuring accuracy and full project entry.
• Predict capacity to avoid gaps and ensure staffing balance.
• Manage holidays to prevent delivery constraints.
• Maintain the day‑to‑day resource booking system.
• Attend project kick‑offs to allocate appropriate resources.
• Balance freelancer resourcing with cost control.
• Use project reconciliation and reporting to validate requests.
