LePub, part of Publicis Groupe, Milan, is seeking a Progress Manager to bridge Project/Account Management with internal practice leads (CCO, CSO, etc.). You will manage Roar v2, ensure accurate workload, and optimize resource allocation across the studio to support delivery and profitability.

You will report to the Programme Director/COO, ensuring efficient resourcing, capacity planning, and alignment with client needs.

• Experience in contract management.

• Logical thought process with the ability to explain decisions in a clear and concise manner.
• Self-motivated, with good timekeeping and the ability to motivate others into action.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and Project. MS teams and Adobe Workfront

Mansioni

• Oversee the day-to-day updating of studio schedule ensuring that this is always accurate and up-to-date.
• Work with the rest of the Resourcing team to develop and maintain the LePub Preferred Supplier List, including Freelance staff, Publicis Groupe capabilities and ensuring that finding costs are kept to a minimum.
• Alongside the Head of Resource own and manage Roar v2, ensuring that this is always accurate, up-to-date and all projects are entered.
• Predict the future to avoid gaps in capacity and capability.
• Manage holidays to avoid unplanned delivery constraints.
• Maintain day-to-day resource booking system.
• Actively follow up on new projects coming into the agency and attend project kick-off meetings to ensure the appropriate resource is assigned.
• Manage the Freelancer resourcing process, balancing the need to resource projects effectively with excellent talent with the need to keep external spend to a minimum.
• Use project reconciliation reports and RAG reporting to validate requests and escalate.
