Publicis Groupe in Milano is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead advertising and marketing projects across digital, print, and social channels. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will guide complex campaigns with 7+ years of experience, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and on budget.

You will define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs, monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain clear documentation.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of creative development processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Experience with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners
• Ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and drive projects to completion
• Autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail under pressure
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Workfront
• Experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and timeline management is a plus
• PMP, Prince2, Agile or similar certification is a plus

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social, etc.)
• Serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment on project objectives, priorities, and deliverables
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
• Monitor the progress and performance of assigned projects, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks
• Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure clear and timely communication of project updates to all stakeholders
• Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, reports, and financial tracking throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Support the management of multiple concurrent projects of varying complexity while maintaining high standards of execution
• Contribute to the optimization of project workflows, processes, and collaboration across teams
• Champion best practices in project management and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
