Publicis Groupe – LePub in Milano is looking for a Project Manager with 4+ years of experience to lead advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms. You will report to the Programme Director and collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with familiarity in creative processes and production workflows.

Competenze

4+ years of experience in project management, preferably within advertising or marketing agency.
Strong understanding of creative processes and production workflows.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Mansioni

Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms (digital, print, social).
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and clients.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor progress and performance of all assigned projects, identifying risks and resolving issues proactively.
Facilitate regular status meetings and ensure timely communication of project updates.
Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, and reports.
Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners when needed.
Champion best practices in project management and drive continuous improvement.
