Job summary

Istituto Marangoni Milano, part of Galileo Global Education, is seeking a proactive Student Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff and visitors. You will help create a welcoming, professional campus environment and coordinate communications to support daily operations.

The role focuses on front desk operations, student support, and administrative coordination in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, reception, or student services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk and school operations, including opening/closing procedures and welcoming visitors.
• Provide information and assistance to students, faculty, staff, and guests via phone, email, chat and in person.
• Route inquiries to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support in coordinating meetings, events, and student-related activities.
• Assist with room bookings, supplier coordination, and communications across institutional systems.
