Job summary

Istituto Marangoni Firenze is seeking a proactive Student Desk Intern to join the Student Desk and Student Life team in Florence. You will assist in front-office operations, student support, and administrative tasks within an international higher education environment.

Working closely with the Student Care Supervisor, you will help create a welcoming experience for students, faculty, visitors, and partners while supporting daily school operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree as listed in requirements.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students, visitors and external guests, ensuring a professional first impression.
• Manage entry and access procedures for visitors, suppliers, and external staff with Facilities team.
• Route calls, emails, mail and institutional communications; act as first point of contact for students across channels.
• Support data entry and updates across the School’s information systems and digital platforms.
• Help prepare and distribute certificates and student information materials.
• Assist in organizing appointments, meetings and events involving internal and external guests.
