Job summary

Unobravo International is hiring for a Strategy & Corporate Development leader in Milan. You will drive high-impact initiatives end-to-end, craft board and investor materials, and shape the company strategy and annual planning.

You’ll work with leadership to translate priorities into measurable actions and ensure alignment across functions. The role requires 4+ years in strategy roles, strong finance and storytelling skills, and fluency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy consulting or equivalent strategic roles.
• Led cross-functional projects from analysis to implementation with tangible results.
• Strong financial toolkit: business cases, modeling, unit economics, market sizing.
• Executive-level storytelling: decks for C-level/Board, concise writing.
• Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Data-driven with KPI definition and independent analysis.
• High ownership, ambiguity tolerance, prioritization across multiple workstreams.
• Fluency in English and Italian (additional languages welcome).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic initiatives across departments (Ops, Product, Marketing, B2B, Finance).
• Develop board/investor materials, decks, and capital-raising narratives with clear recommendations.
• Shape strategic planning and annual company goals with KPI ownership.
• Provide market insights and benchmarks to inform strategic choices.
• Support corporate development and finance projects with analyses and execution.
• Facilitate leadership workshops and align teams to convert strategy into action.
