Impacta Strategy in Milan or Rome is seeking a seasoned strategy consultant to join our collaborative teams; you will work on client engagements across corporate strategy, M&A, due diligence, and performance improvement. You bring a Master’s degree (MBA a plus), 3+ years in strategy or corporate finance, fluent English and Italian, and a proven leadership track record.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with an excellent academic record; MBA is an advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, M&A, due diligence gained in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or major corporation.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
• Flexible and collaborative attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding analytical abilities and quantitative problem-solving strength.
• Proven leadership track record in academic, professional, or extracurricular contexts.
• Empathic, and confident communicator.

• You will work in small teams taking an active part in every dimension of client engagements.
• You will combine core management consulting skills with corporate finance and value creation techniques to develop leading-edge knowledge.
• You will source and assess information, build and pressure-test hypotheses, shape and communicate recommendations, and bring real impact hands-on.
• You will be based in Milan or Rome, advising clients on corporate strategy, M&A, due diligence, and performance improvement.
