DuPont’s Corian Design business is seeking a Territory Manager in Italy to drive profitable growth across an assigned territory. You’ll work with distributors, fabricators, and customers to execute the commercial strategy, expand market coverage, and convert opportunities into revenue.

You will collaborate with Specification, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to strengthen market position, improve forecast accuracy, and deliver on sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B territory or field sales.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline.

Responsabilités

• Owns the go-to-market for the territory across commercial, distribution, and partner decisions.
• Manages distributor relationships and joint business plans.
• Develops direct customer and channel partner relationships to drive revenue and growth.
• Converts opportunities into orders and revenue in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Maintains territory forecast and pipeline visibility; reports insights to Sales Leader.
