Job summary

DuPont's Corian Design team seeks a Territory Manager to drive profitable growth in an assigned territory, managing direct customers, distributors, and fabricators to achieve revenue objectives.

Reporting to the Sales Leader, you will execute the commercial strategy, expand market coverage, and convert opportunities into revenue while collaborating with Specification, Marketing, TS&D, and Supply Chain to ensure in-market execution and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Territory or field sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong pipeline, forecasting, CRM, and territory planning discipline.
• Experience in technical, industrial, manufacturing, or materials sales.
• Experience leading pricing, contracts, renewals, and negotiations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, TS&D, supply chain, finance, and customer service.
• Exposure to channel or indirect sales models.

Responsibilities

• Owns go-to-market strategy across territory and accountable for commercial decisions.
• Manage distributor partners and ensure market development.
• Deliver sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Develop relationships with direct customers, distributors, fabricators, and contractors.
• Collaborate with Specification, Marketing, TS&D, and Pricing to convert opportunities.
• Maintain territory forecast and pipeline.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support customer requirements.
