Job summary

Rotork is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional for a 9-month fixed-term contract at the Porcari (Lucca) site. You will manage raw material SKU parameterization, supplier master data in the ERP, and lead upstream supply chain improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Engineering, Supply Chain Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Proven understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and inventory management.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and performance reporting.
• Lean methodologies and process optimization experience; proactive ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Parameterize raw materials and purchase part SKUs aligned with business requirements.
• Maintain supplier master data in ERP and communicate changes to suppliers.
• Use inventory tools to right-size inventory of raw materials and purchased goods in transit.
• Measure and report supplier performance on-time delivery, lead time, and order quantities.
• Build supplier relationships and drive upstream supply chain improvements with root cause countermeasures.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain projects to minimize disruptions and ERP-related costs.
• Develop supplier base using lean methods to meet Rotork requirements and excellence standards.
