Job summary

Rotork is recruiting a Supply Chain Analyst - Supplier for a 9-month fixed-term contract at our Porcari, Lucca site. The role focuses on owning upstream supply chain performance, ensuring on-time delivery, and reducing inventory while collaborating with suppliers to improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in supply chain analytics or related fields, strong Power BI skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Supply Chain related roles.
• Fluent Italian and professional English (C1).
• APICS certification and Six Sigma Green Belt training are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee upstream supply chain to deliver customer service and operational excellence by ensuring material and information flow from suppliers to point of use.
• Own on-time delivery and maximize process efficiencies while reducing inventory.
• Parameterize raw material and SKU data; manage supplier master data and escalations for changes to agreements.
• Use inventory tools to right-size inventory availability, including raw materials and goods in transit.
• Measure and report supply base performance for on-time delivery, lead time and order quantity.
• Build relationships with suppliers and lead escalation for shortages and recovery actions.
• Lead upstream supply chain improvement projects with suppliers on root-cause countermeasures and action plans.
• Manage product portfolio, lifecycle and NPI with suppliers to minimize disruption and costs; actively manage ERP end-to-end supply chain.
• Develop the supply base using lean methodology to align with Rotork requirements and achieve comparable operational excellence.
