Stripe is seeking an Account Executive for the Funded Startups team in Italy. You will help founders understand Stripe’s financial infrastructure to support growth and unlock new revenue streams.

Lead a high-velocity sales motion from prospecting to close, while understanding business and technical environments, building pipeline, and driving long-term success with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years closing sales experience.
• Fluent Italian and English.
• Experience with venture-backed startups in Italy.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing full sales cycles in complex environments.
• Ability to understand technical ecosystems and build credibility with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical judgement and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience building territory plans identifying high-impact activities.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and coordinating inputs.
• Strong relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Identify and qualify high-potential venture-backed startups via inbound/outbound.
• Own full sales cycle from first engagement to closing.
• Create and execute territory/account plans to drive new business and adoption.
• Understand users' business models and technical environments; map Stripe solutions.
• Create pipeline via research, outreach, and campaigns.
• Represent Stripe in the Italian startup ecosystem and broaden local presence.
• Collaborate with partners to build extended networks internationally.
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, SDRs, Marketing, Product, Risk, Operations.
