Baker Hughes is seeking a Sourcing Experienced Professional - Commodity Management in Italy. You will shape procurement strategy, execute supplier agreements and support product leadership and manufacturing with optimized supplier plans.

The role requires a bachelor’s/master’s in engineering or economics, 1–3 years in procurement or supply chain, and fluency in English and Italian. Travel and flexible patterns may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics with procurement or commodity experience.
• 1–3 years in Procurement, Operations or Supply Chain preferred.
• Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to long-term commodity strategies and procurement KPI performance.
• Integrate commodity strategies with product leadership, sales and manufacturing goals.
• Drive supplier selection, development and management in line with business strategy.
• Negotiate and issue purchase orders to achieve lowest total cost with quality and schedule in mind.
• Develop procurement initiatives for cost-out, deflation and cash flow improvements.
