Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or MBA equivalent.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage workload in a high-pressure environment and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive and analytical approach to problem identification and resolution.
• Fluent in Italian and English; EU passport; willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of materials and certificates for assigned Suppliers and monitor production plans and logistics.
• Provide visibility to internal customers on supplier plans and prioritize to ensure On Time Delivery.
• Collaborate with Suppliers to ensure On Time Delivery for documentation and materials.
• Engage with Platform and Operating Units to report supplier performance and refine strategy.
• Partner with Quality to support supplier surveillance and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Logistics to plan cost-efficient transportation.
• Support Vendor Recovery negotiations and accounts payable resolution on invoices.
• Contribute to procurement initiatives through continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure supplier compliance with regulatory and reputation requirements.
