Baker Hughes is seeking a Sourcing Professional - Buying/Procurement in Italy to manage direct materials for suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will drive on-time delivery, coordinate with logistics, and support supplier performance improvements.

Role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work across multiple priorities with a global supplier base. Travel up to 20% is expected; fluent Italian and English are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and strong knowledge of procurement and operations.
• Experience with supply chain, project management, or commercial roles is preferred.
• Ability to influence internal stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent Italian and English; EU passport or right to work in the EU.

• Ensure on-time delivery of materials and documentation through supplier coordination.
• Provide visibility of supplier plans to internal customers and manage priorities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure timely documentation and compliance.
• Support supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
