Job summary

Making Science is seeking a strategic Social Media Manager to join our team in Padua. You will own end-to-end social strategy for clients, merging creative storytelling with data analysis to drive growth and engagement.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in social media management, strong Italian and good English, and deep knowledge of the Meta ecosystem, TikTok Shop/Ads, and LinkedIn for Business. Local hybrid/remote arrangements available.

Making Science is looking for a strategic and creativeSocial Media Managerto join our team in Padua. As a digital acceleration company, we don't just "post content"-we build digital ecosystems that drive growth.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end social strategy for our clients, merging high-level creative storytelling with rigorous data analysis. You will be the bridge between brand identity and community engagement, ensuring our clients stay ahead of digital trends.

What we'd like you to do

Design and execute comprehensive 360 social media strategies aligned with client business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, or community growth).
Oversee the creation of engaging, platform-specific content (copy, video briefs, and aesthetics) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Monitor KPIs and deliver in-depth monthly reports. You must be able to translate 'likes' and 'shares' into actionable business insights.
Lead the brand's voice in digital spaces, fostering authentic engagement and managing reputation.
Actively identify emerging trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to keep our clients at the forefront of the industry.
Work closely with the Paid Social, SEO, and Design teams to ensure a cohesive omnichannel approach.
Act as the primary point of contact for social media projects, presenting strategies and results to stakeholders with confidence.

What we'd like you to bring

3-5 years of experience in Social Media Management, preferably within a digital agency environment.
Professional proficiency in Italian and good English level is mandatory.
Expert knowledge of the Meta ecosystem, TikTok Shop/Ads, and LinkedIn for Business.
Familiarity with social listening tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio).
Strong copywriting skills and the ability to provide clear creative direction to designers and videographers.
A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
