Dynatrace is seeking a Legal Counsel aligned with the Commercial Contracts team to support the Italy and UK Sales groups. You will structure, negotiate, and accelerate high-value enterprise SaaS agreements and related contracts, working with sales, operations, finance and other units.

Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating software licenses, services, DPAs, NDAs, and partner contracts, while improving standard terms and internal processes.

Competenze

• Experience drafting and negotiating software licenses (SaaS and on-premises).
• Understanding of IP, licensing, SaaS, revenue recognition, privacy in commercial transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities with business partners.
