The role requires fluent Italian and English, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified attorney admitted to practice law in Italy.
• Significant experience in labor and employment law in Italy.
• Experience managing employment disputes, litigation, and investigations.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted legal advisor on labor and employment matters in Italy and designated EMEA jurisdictions.
• Manage employment litigation, administrative proceedings, employee claims, and investigations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements with stakeholders.
• Support corporate compliance initiatives, governance, and risk management across regions.
