Race Service, a dynamic Automotive Culture Hub and Creative Agency, seeks a proactive Account/Project Manager to own client relationships from kick-off to delivery. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and approvals, aligning client needs with production teams across EU/US.

This contractor role requires weekend/holiday availability, travel, and a strategic mindset to build proactive pitches and protect revenue while keeping projects on track.

Competenze

• 3–5 years in project or account management with budgets
• Experience with SOWs, budgets, and production timelines
• Strong communication, precision and warmth

Mansioni

• Own project tracking from kick-off through delivery; main client contact.
• Maintain client relationships; understand business priorities.
• Draft and secure approval on SOWs and budgets.
• Coordinate with EU and US teams; manage timelines and resources.
• Oversee post-production coordination and deliverables.
• Identify risks and flag changes early.
• Build and maintain project schedules with producers.
• Represent Race Service professionally to clients.
• Work outside standard hours; international travel; weekends/holidays.
