Job summary

McBride is seeking a Procurement Officer to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials and to maintain optimal stock levels for site production in Italy. • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders and scheduling agreements for raw materials based on SAP data.
• Manage supplier source lists and info records from central purchasing.
• Follow up orders to ensure stable planning and avoid material unavailability.
• Evaluate suppliers with OTIF and Vendor Rating.
• Coordinate with R&D for alternatives and with central purchasing for issues.
