The World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome, Italy seeks a PMO Implementation Manager & Head of Product Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of the digital services portfolio across corporate and field environments.

You translate business demand into scalable digital solutions, ensuring alignment with governance, financial rules, and audit expectations while driving value realization for humanitarian effort.

Competenze

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business or IT management.
• 8+ years of programme, project and/or product management experience, incl. IT/digital.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, governance, and audit requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead the Digital Services Product and Project Manager Team across corporate and field products.
• Ensure value delivery through clear product strategies and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with policies, financial rules, HR guidelines, procurement rules and IT governance.
• Oversee budgets and resources for multiple TEC branches and ensure value for money.
• Coordinate audit responses, risk management, and governance reporting.
• Coach and develop a high-performing PMO team and act as escalation point.
