World Food Programme in Rome is seeking a Partnership Manager to oversee a portfolio of global corporate partnerships and drive strategic engagement with senior leaders. You will lead on partnership planning, renewal negotiations, and cross‑functional collaboration to maximise impact and resources for WFP.

The role requires a strong track record in fundraising, marketing, and account management, with excellent English and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Competenze

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years’ experience in fundraising, marketing/sales and account management.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of another UN language is a plus.

Mansioni

• Manage global corporate partnerships portfolio; define and develop standards.
• Lead the PSP global partnerships plan and adapt based on shifts in partnerships.
• Develop strategic account plans and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with senior executives across partner organisations.
• Lead renewal conversations and contract amendments; coordinate with legal and departments.
• Draft annual partnership plans with goals, timelines and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with partners’ marketing teams to align priorities in the plan.
• Assess partnership capacity and maximise value while ensuring fit with WFP strategies.
