Global Roles seeks an PMO Implementation Manager and Head of Product Delivery to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital services across corporate and field environments. You will align product, project, and programme management with WFP requirements, ensuring governance and compliance across the portfolio.

You will oversee budgets, risk management, and talent development, acting as a senior escalation point for delivery challenges while driving enterprise IT processes and performance reporting.

Competenze

• Advanced degree or equivalent with strong emphasis on business, IT or project disciplines.
• At least 8 years in programme, project and/or product management with 4+ years in IT/digital environments.
• Experience in HR and Finance domains.
• Proven ability to manage large, multi-stream portfolios with budgets and governance.

Mansioni

• Lead the Digital Services Product and Product Manager Team across corporate and field environments to deliver business value.
• Provide enterprise-level leadership across project, programme, and product management with standardized governance.
• Ensure initiatives align with WFP priorities, compliance, and IT processes.
• Maintain audit readiness and strong control frameworks with transparent reporting.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and funding alignment for TEC branches.
• Coordinate cross-branch planning for Corporate Change Initiatives and service delivery.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing Product and Project Management team.
