World Food Programme seeks an experienced PMO Implementation Manager & Head of Product Delivery in Rome to lead the end-to-end delivery of WFP’s digital services across corporate and field environments, translating business demand into scalable IT solutions.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, budgets, risks, and governance, ensuring compliance with WFP policies, audit readiness, and value realization, while nurturing a high-performing Product and Project Manager team.

Competenze

• Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or management.
• 8+ years in programme, project and/or product management, with 4+ years in IT/digital environments.
• 2+ years in HR and Finance experience.
• Experience in budget, finance and resource management for large portfolios.
• Knowledge of WFP IT processes, governance and compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the Digital Services Product and Project Manager Team across corporate and field products with clear roadmaps.
• Provide enterprise-level leadership across project, programme, and product management.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with WFP priorities and humanitarian mandate.
• Maintain audit readiness and strong control frameworks across the portfolio.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, cost control and reporting for TEC branches.
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of Product and Project Managers.
