KRUK Italia is seeking a PMO & Change Manager to join the Strategy & Transformation Department in La Spezia, Italy. You will govern the portfolio of strategic initiatives and drive adoption across the organization.

The role combines portfolio governance, change management, stakeholder engagement and capability building to support KRUK's transformation journey. 3–5 years of PMO experience and fluency in Italian and English are required.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Portfolio Management, Business Transformation, Change Management, Consulting or similar environments.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio governance and organizational change management methodologies (PMI, PROSCI, Kotter).
• Analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Support the governance and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Consolidate portfolio information and ensure visibility of initiative status, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and portfolio reviews.
• Ensure consistency in the application of project and portfolio management methodologies and standards.
• Support the implementation of change management activities associated with strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement, communication and adoption plans.
• Help monitor organizational readiness and adoption indicators.
• Facilitate workshops, alignment sessions and cross-functional meetings.
• Promote the adoption of new ways of working, governance models and transformation practices.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO and Change Management frameworks.
• Support knowledge sharing and capability building initiatives across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to increase organizational effectiveness and alignment.
