McKinsey & Company in Milan is seeking a senior PMO professional to lead transformation projects across sectors. You will support leadership and client teams, progressively taking on more responsibility for managing workstreams and driving outcomes with practical, value-driven approaches.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree and 5+ years in project delivery, with strong problem-solving abilities and experience in lean/operational excellence. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in project delivery and PMO implementation, preferably in consulting.
Strong, pragmatic problem-solving skills.
Experience with business change and transformation/TO, including operational project management and delivery.
Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work across teams.
Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).
