ASSA ABLOY’s Ditec team in Origgio, Italy, seeks a Head of Planning & Replenishment to define and execute inventory strategies, lead the Planning & Replenishment team, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure demand planning excellence.

You will drive inventory optimization, replenishment policies, and S&OP, aiming to maximize product availability and service levels while supporting business growth.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning with team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Lead inventory management activities across warehouses to maximize product availability and service levels.
• Develop and implement replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies.
• Drive the S&OP process to align demand, supply and operations.
• Monitor forecasting accuracy, inventory performance and key supply chain metrics.
• Coach and lead the Planning & Replenishment team, fostering continuous improvement.
