ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions in Origgio, Italy, is seeking a Head of Planning & Replenishment to define and execute inventory and replenishment strategies. You will lead the Planning & Replenishment team, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to ensure demand planning and strong supply chain performance.

You will drive S&OP, monitor forecasting accuracy, and coach the team to foster continuous improvement in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• 8 to 10+ years in supply chain, inventory, forecasting, replenishment, or planning with team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ERP/planning systems and Excel.
• Italian and English fluency with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience in electromechanical manufacturing or automotive environments is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead warehouse inventory management to maximize availability and service levels.
• Develop and implement replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies.
• Drive S&OP processes aligning demand, supply, and operations.
• Monitor forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and key supply chain metrics.
• Coach and develop the Planning & Replenishment team for continuous improvement.
