Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Planning & Replenishment professional in Italy to define and drive inventory strategies, lead the Planning & Replenishment team, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to optimize stock and service levels. The role requires extensive experience in inventory and demand planning, strong analytical skills, and fluency in Italian and English.

You will oversee multiple warehouses and contribute to S&OP maturity within an electromechanical manufacturing

Competenze

8 to 10+ years in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning roles, including team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Microsoft Excel.
Fluency in Italian and English; excellent written and verbal communication.

Define and execute inventory and replenishment strategies supporting growth, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.
Lead the Planning & Replenishment team.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and other stakeholders.
Oversee inventory management across warehouses to maximize availability and optimize stock investments.
Develop and implement replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies.
Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Monitor forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and key supply chain metrics.
Identify improvement areas and support decision-making.
Coach, develop, and lead the Planning & Replenishment team.
