ASSA ABLOY Group in Origgio, Italy is seeking a Head of Planning & Replenishment to define and execute inventory and replenishment strategies, lead the Planning & Replenishment team, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to boost demand planning and overall supply chain performance.

You will manage inventory across warehouses, drive replenishment policies, and lead S&OP processes to align demand with supply.

Competenze

8 to 10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning roles and leading teams.
Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in Italian and English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

Lead inventory management activities across warehouses to maximize product availability and service levels.
Develop and implement replenishment strategies, planning parameters, and inventory policies.
Drive the S&OP process to align demand, supply, and operations capabilities.
Monitor forecasting accuracy, inventory performance, and key supply chain metrics to identify improvements.
Coach and develop the Planning & Replenishment team and promote continuous improvement.
