The role focuses on translating physician insights and business priorities into actionable plans, coordinating advisory boards, and driving cross‑functional alignment across Medical Affairs, R&D, and marketing.

The candidate should bring a strong clinical background, executive presence, and the ability to engage practitioners, academics, and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in healthcare or medicine is preferred.
• Strong executive presence and sound judgment.
• Ability to connect internal teams with external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional CMSO to shape and advance strategic initiatives across the global EP organization.
• Translate CMSO priorities into action plans, timelines and responsibilities.
• Lead preparation for executive discussions and leadership reviews.
• Coordinate advisory boards and translate outputs into actionable insights.
• Develop field visit materials and ensure follow-up with physicians and stakeholders.
• Support BD discussions and cross-functional opportunities with clinical insights.
• Align internal functions to ensure timely execution of CMSO‑driven actions.
