Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years’ experience in medical affairs, medical liaison role, or related roles within the medical device/pharma industry, with progressive leadership experience.
• Class III Medical Device experience is required.
• Proven ability to lead a team of MSLs and provide strategic clinical input across NPD and LCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Organizational Leadership: Oversight of MSL work in G5 markets for Electrophysiology.
• Provide clinical input into regulatory submissions and evidence strategy.
• Lead medical input into critical business decisions regarding potential patient safety issues.
• Develop and sustain relationships with KOLs, regulators, and academic leaders across G5 markets.
• Collaborate across functions to align governance, priorities, and deliverables.
