Job summary

ABB in Italy seeks a Planning & Fulfillment professional to lead end-to-end inventory planning, from requisitions to customer invoicing, and to support internal service inquiries.

You will define inventory policies, maintain parameters, and coordinate with operations and buyers to ensure replenishment and optimal supplier performance, with bilingual Italian/English communication as a key capability.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Fluent Italian and English communication.
• Willingness to innovate daily tasks and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define inventory policies based on segmentation.
• Calculate and maintain inventory parameters (safety stock, reorder point, lead time).
• Coordinate material planning and convert requisitions to purchase orders with operations buyers.
• Collaborate with buyers to improve supplier on-time delivery and MOQs.
