ABB cerca un Manager di Planning & Fulfillment per guidare la pianificazione end-to-end dell'inventario e supportare il servizio clienti interno. La persona lavorerà sul settaggio di parametri, obiettivi e riordini, collaborando con i buyer per ottimizzare consegne e qualità fornitori.

Il ruolo è on-site, inserito nella Distribution Solutions Division, richiede laurea in ingegneria e ottima padronanza di Excel, SAP e Power BI, con italiano e inglese fluente.

Competenze

• Laurea in Management Engineering o Ingegneria Industriale (Laurea triennale o magistrale).
• Competenze avanzate in Excel; SAP è un plus e Power BI è preferibile.
• Buona padronanza dell’italiano e dell’inglese; buone doti comunicative e proattività.

Mansioni

• Pianificazione end-to-end dell'inventario dalla vendita all'invoice.
• Supportare richieste interne di customer service ogni giorno.
• Definire parametri e obiettivi di inventario e garantire riordini tramite ordini d'acquisto.
• Coordinare la pianificazione materiale con i call-off in collaborazione con gli operations buyers.
• Collaborare con gli acquisti per ottimizzare tempi di consegna e qualità fornitore.

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to be responsible for end-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice. Each day, you will support internal customer service inquiries. You will also showcase your expertise by setting inventory parameters and targets and ensuring adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.

The work model for the role is: on site.

This role is contributing to the Distribution Solutions Division.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Defining inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
• Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs.
• Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.
• Collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

Qualifications For The Role

• Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Technical Skills: proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP is significant plus.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Languages: Ability to communicate fluently in both Italian and English.
• Soft Skills: A proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
