Job summary

Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Material Planner to deploy master planning, schedule production, and coordinate purchasing to meet fulfilment needs. You will lead Farm-in & Farm-out planning with external suppliers, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring traceability within a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities include aligning with the production plan and KPIs, driving inventory optimization, and implementing Lean improvements while maintaining data integrity and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited university.
• Ability to work independently and identify drive process improvements.
• Experience in cross-functional teams within a global matrix environment.
• Strong problem identification and solution skills.
• Fluency in Italian (oral and written).
• Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Deploy master planning in the short term, scheduling operations to optimize production and fulfilment needs.
• Prepare and update production schedules and purchasing needs.
• Lead planning of Farm-in & Farm-out activities with external suppliers, resolving bottlenecks and capacity issues.
• Ensure alignment with production plan and KPIs; optimize inventory and processes.
• Exchange data and drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
• Maintain accurate traceability for all records created during manufacturing.
